Where we ship We ship to the United States and Canada.
Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery times
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
All orders ship from our warehouse in the United States and are sent with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Shipping cost Free standard shipping on all orders.
Customs and duties — Canada Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import taxes or duties collected by the carrier on delivery. These charges are set by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these amounts and cannot refund them.
Halloween delivery cutoff To receive your order before October 31, we recommend ordering by October 20 for US addresses and October 15 for Canadian addresses. Orders placed after these dates may arrive after the holiday.
Wrong address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping costs.
Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, email us at lamiashop85@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
